    deca_node is an updated version of the carbon credits backlog

    Module 3 is an upgrade of the Decentralized Carbon Credits Backlog,
    by using ipfs helia, orbitdb, ethers and a smart contract to verify carbon
    credits approved/verified by the DAO.

    1. Research and Proof of concept development of IPFS HELIA, OrbitDB.
    2. Migration to an updated orbitdb instance.
    3. Create a deca node daemon to replicate the orbitdb as seed nodes (Read Mode).
    4. Create a deca node daemon and CLI to write the orbitdb as seed nodes (Write Mode).
    5. Add the dapp address and the orbitdb seed nodes to the dapp indexer to be added to the libp2p bootstrap.
    6. Create a inclus/docker instance for setting up the nodes.
    7. Documentation.

    Future Plans

    1. DAO integration contract to only list the verified/voted carbon credits migration.
    2. Dapp web interface for writing to the orbitdb seed nodes, require write nodes private key and smart contract approval DAO hash.
