Proof of concept of an implementation of an Smart Non Fungible Token

This proof of concept is launch in the Ethereum Kovan Testnet with the address 0x7eB5A03E7ED70ABf70fee48965D0411d37F335aC. Use the proposal Non Fungible Token binding assets with SmartNFT and define the user management of the assets.
