Issue: Installation details of Jekyll and Ruby are resolved as it was noticed that the documentation of the aforementioned software lacked sufficient information, leading to unsuccessful implementation of DCF software.

Objetive: We are looking for a way to install the missing components mentioned in the Jekyll and Ruby documentation on behalf of DCF. This will enable us to successfully install the necessary components to run the DCF project and contribute effectively.
- Add details for the first-time contributors to DCF.
- Include instructions on how to update Ruby and Jekyll, as well as how to run the local
  server.
- Provide appropriate guidance for the steps that require it.
