the EIP template seems to be not applied.

Img 1.

Format cannot be (seen in Img1.) as in reference an numbering autommatically the DCIP number from the header information. Notice the tag META, the authors font and automatic display of the DCIP number taken from the frontmatter
Table of contents is not enabled or displaying (required)
There are diferences between how the frontmatter is written between the DCIP repo and the EIP version forked: Compare Img1 and Img2, there is no compatibility or it won't consider the directives

Posibly the Mathjax issue is related to this...
